2025 National Regional Arts Fellows

Regional Arts Australia is pleased to announce seven recipients of the 2025 National Regional Arts Fellowship
The National Regional Arts Fellowship is a program that invests in the development of regional artists and arts workers across the country, providing guaranteed income to develop work, skills, networks, or research. Funded through the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund, this program invests in individuals across regional, rural, and remote Australia to support creative development, skills-building, research, and network expansion - with a focus on economic, cultural, and environmental sustainability. These Fellowships are more than just funding. They represent a commitment to artistic and professional growth, offering guaranteed income to support creative practice, skill development, research, and connection. Designed to be contemporary, flexible and deeply responsive to the needs of regional, rural and remote artists, the program empowers individuals to shape their own journey - in their own time and place.
“Artists are working in every corner of the country and these Fellowships offer regional artists the freedom to deepen their practice, build vital networks, and continue telling the unique stories that shape Australia’s cultural identity. With the support of the Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund, we’re proud to invest in sustainable artistic growth that enriches both individual careers and our national creative fabric. Congratulations to all of this year’s Fellows - your work matters, and we’re excited to see where it takes you.”
