GRANTS COORDINATOR
Regional Arts Australia is seeking a Grants Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a parental leave position.

About the Role
This is a 6-month, part-time position (0.6 FTE, three days per week) running from mid-May to November 2025. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Regional Arts Fund grant programs that make a real difference in regional, rural, and remote communities across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing grant programs efficiently and effectively.
- Administering grants using SmartyGrants and Excel with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of grant management.
- Collaborating with a remote, distributed team to achieve shared goals.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience managing grant programs.
- Has advanced skills in SmartyGrants and Excel.
- Brings exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Thrives in a remote team environment and communicates effectively online.
Position Details:
Term: Temporary Parental Leave Replacement (6 months)
Start Date: Mid-May 2025
End Date: November 2025
Contract: Part-time, 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
