Tania Hartigan is a woman of the land with great knowledge of bush foods and owner of the Artshack@Wilgabah, Wallabadah, a paradise with a deep history in its soils. She is a proud Gamilaraay woman. Family is a vital part of her life, which is reflected in her art.

She describes herself as being earthy, connected to the country and all its whispers of history and life.
