Christopher Saunders / Artlands 2023

Christopher Saunders has worked in regional arts for over 20 years as an affiliator and social change initiator.

He was Creative Producer with arts and social justice organisation Big hART and was General Manager of creative urban revitalisation organization Renew Newcastle.

Christopher has worked as a sessional academic in the School of Creative Industries for Newcastle University. He was recently engaged as Specialist - Arts and Culture at Singleton Council.

In 2021 he and his partner established Public Art Workers which collaborate with regional communities to deliver innovative public art projects expressing local identity and stories.
