Victoria is a respected and accomplished leader in Australian local government, with over 30 years of experience dedicated to public service, community engagement, and good governance.

Victoria has held executive roles across metropolitan and regional councils, and her influence extends beyond her immediate organisations.  She has serviced on state and national advisory groups, contributed to policy reform, and is a passionate mentor for emerging leaders in the sector.

Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the City of Victor Harbor, she collaborates with Council Members, community leaders, and key stakeholders to shape a vibrant and sustainable future for the City. Her unwavering commitment to regional prosperity is further demonstrated through her leadership as recently appointed Chair of Regional Development Australia, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu, and Kangaroo Island (having previously served as Deputy Chair for six years), where she champions economic and community development initiatives that create lasting impact.

Beyond local government, Victoria contributes to broader regional and state-wide advancement as a Director of Regional Arts Australia, Chair of the Zone Emergency Management Committee for Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu, and Kangaroo Island, and a Board Member of SA Leaders for Gender Equity.
