Lyndal Thorne / Artlands 2023

Lyndal Thorne is and arts administrator and passionate advocate for the arts, particularly in regional Australia.

Lyndal was raised in a family with a strong interest in the arts, and hence developed a keen appreciation of the pivotal role arts and culture play in the health and wellbeing of community.

Lyndal is the Co-ordinator of Paper on Skin, a wearable paper art competition which originated in her hometown of Burnie and is now internationally recognised. She is President of the Burnie Arts Council Inc, and Chair of Slipstream Circus Inc.
